The company acquired this golf-course home, built in 1989, in the fall of 2004. The home needed complete updating - flooring, wall colors, trim, kitchen, baths, fireplaces, stairways and so on.

New American is also expanding the home - tearing off the family room and replacing it with a large "grand hall," converting attic space off the master suite into a spa for the homeowners, widening the main front and back hallways, adding private baths to the secondary bedrooms, adding a second floor study area, adding second floor laundry facilities.

New American is expanding the unfinished basement by digging out basement crawl spaces, then converting the entire lower level into a lower grand hall, state-of-the-art home theater, hobby space, pub and full bath. Exterior changes include updated landscaping and the addition of an outdoor fireplace and private walled garden.
